Bulletproof
Bulletproof is The Armory’s personal training program, focusing on each individual, their fitness level, and their unique goals. Offered in an intimate, clean atmosphere, Bulletproof combines expert personal trainers with leading equipment and practices to help build each individual up to their healthiest, most confident self.
Heavy Hittr
Heavy Hittr is a bodybuilding program that guides individuals through training and into successful fitness competitions. A minimum 12-week program, Heavy Hittr is designed for any level participant from start to the stage, focusing on every aspect of bodybuilding, from training and nutrition to posing, suit selection, tanning, and beyond.
Prime
Prime is The Armory’s youth-specific program, focusing on both youth training and sport-specific training.
We help athletes stay on their game even in the offseason with skill-refining and enhancing practices that are specific to their individual sport. Including high school, college, and occasionally middle school, Prime helps youth athletes level up for whatever the next season may bring.
Fuel'd
Focusing on the transformation and bettering of your body through food, Fuel’d is The Armory’s nutrition-specific program. You don’t have to cut out food groups or eat the same boring meals each week. Instead, learn how to fuel your body with the right foods in order to reach your goals, whether that’s bulking up or slimming down. This program is food allergy-friendly and can also be used to overcome an eating disorder.
